What is your favorite seasonal candy?
Candy is present at almost every holiday that I can remember. All different types in all different shapes and sizes. Today we ask – do you have a favorite seasonal candy? I am a chocoholic at heart and I don’t need a holiday to eat it. I love just about any kind or flavor of chocolate, the exception being the “healthy” ones – the 80% and above cacao. Is there a particular holiday present that stands out to you?
As we look back over the years of holidays, we realize that we have received a LOT of presents. Is there one that stands out above all the rest? A lot of the presents I have received over the years have been special, unique and/or fun. However, there is one that stands out in my mind. My husband and I had just returned or were heading out on a trip to Florida to see our grandbabies. So we made a pact that we would stick to stockings only for Christmas morning. Describe one of your favorite Holiday memories.
Holidays. Lots of different memories over the years for all of us, but do you have a favorite holiday memory that you’d like to share with us? For me, my favorite Holiday memory is a Christmas one. It wasn’t my favorite memory then nor was it especially laden with priceless moments. It was a rather ordinary Christmas that became special in time. I was working full time with three young children; Adam was just six months old that year. How far is it to the nearest big city and how often do you go?
Cities. Some of us live in them, some near them and some so far away the trip is wearisome. We would love to hear what your nearest big city is – and then, do you visit it? I am lucky enough to live quite possibly directly in the middle of two fairly “big cities” – Boston, MA and Providence< RI. Yet, I can honestly say that I can count on my hands the amount of times I have visited the city of Providence.
