I have GMAIL and am not receiving your newsletter.

GMAIL offers several different ways to view your email with them. The default is to have several different categories that your mail falls into – Google does the sorting for you.

Your GMAIL might not look exactly like our example below but the situation will be the same. Here we have five different “folder” that GMAIL will sort my mail into.

Primary – This should be your personal conversations.
Social – This is where social networks, media sharing sites, online dating services will go.
Promotions – Deals, offerings and marketing emails.
Updates – Confirmations, receipts, bills, statements.
Forums – Your online groups and mailing lists.

Our email may have been “sorted into one of those other “folders”.
Just click on the folder and it will show you all the email in it.

Once you find our email, move it to the Primary box and it should automatically appear there in the future.


I am not getting your newsletter even though I subscribed.

First, I would check your JUNK mailbox. Sometimes, the first time an email arrives, it is flagged as junk or spam because it is the first time your mail provider is receiving email from that email address. If you find this is the case, once you designate us as valid, you should no longer have a problem.
