    We all experience injuries in our lifetimes, some minor some not so. Today we are asking what is the dumbest way that one of these injuries happened. Luckily over my many years on this spinning globe, I have not injured myself too often, I am blessed in that regard.     Vitamins. Sort of a black/white area – people either believe they help or scoff at the idea.  If you believe in them, what do you take daily?     Has maintaining good health been a struggle for you?

    Maintaining good health.Has it been a struggle for you?Lets see what Pam and Ellen have to say.  I have reached my 60’s without taking any prescription pills.  I take a baby aspirin and vitamins every morning but nothing else.  So, you could look at that sentence and say that I live a pretty healthy life.  However, you could look at my body and say something entirely different.  While I have had the good fortune to not have any major medical afflictions, I am close to 100 pounds overweight and THIS I have struggled with my entire life.  I never learned how to eat a balance diet and unfortunately have passed…
