What do you do with your pocket change at the end of the day?

Coins.  Change.  We are hearing that there is a coin shortage spreading across America but supposing you do have some in your pocket at the end of the day, what exactly to you do with it? I personally don’t have as much change as I used to have since I tend to use my debit card or my phone to buy just about anything that I want during the course of the day. However, Joe has a coin ritual that I love to watch.  Every day he puts his change onto his nightstand. One day, long ago, he brought our granddaughter Aviana there to show her the pile and let…

    Tell us your favorite joke.

Laughter.  Feels good doesn’t it?  Especially a real belly ache laugh. Today we ask the question – do you have a favorite joke?  We would love for you to share yours with us either here in comments or over on the Facebook page.  Scroll down to see what Pam and Ellen pick. Of course, I love the silly jokes that my granddaughter tells me.  You know the ones that make absolutely no sense but make you laugh the hardest? But my favorite joke came from my Dad. He used to tell a LOT of corny jokes, my favorites were of the Mike and Ike variety.  AND he told those jokes…

Have you ever lied about your age?

Age. It’s a funny thing really. When we are young we want to be older and visa versa. Our question this week is – have you ever lied about it, either way? Most of the people I hung around with in high school had birthdays early in the year, while mine was in October.  This meant that they did just about everything before I did, including turning 18.  Today that might not seem like a big deal but back then, 18 was drinking age.  Partying was especially important during our senior year –  after all, we had a lot to celebrate.  A lot of those parties took place at homes,…
