    What was your religion growing up?

    What was your religion growing up? What church, if any, did you attend? Religion can sometimes shape a person’s entire life – did it yours?  Were you brought up in a church or have a relationship with one as you were growing up? I was not brought up to be religious.     Do you remember any fads from your teens?

    Every decade usually has a few fads that it is known for. Can you remember any fads from when you were a teen? Oh yes, I do! The ones I participated in?     What is your comfort food?

    If we’re having a tough day, we all have that comfort food that settles us down or somehow helps to take the weight off our shoulders. Or there are those times when we just need a meal to turn to that makes us think of home or brings us joy, what would be your favorite comfort food?     What is one thing you love about yourself?

    If someone were to ask us what we dislike about ourselves, we could probably come up with a list of things pretty quickly – hair color, texture, eyebrows, lip shape, and on and on.
