    Did you have neighborhood friends growing up?

    Neighborhoods. Every one of us grew up in a different type of neighborhood.Some of us had friends close by, some had to travel to get to theirs.     Can you remember stories about your grandparents?

    Grandparents. If we were lucky, we had great relationships with all four of them. Some of us even had more than four. Some of us don’t remember much about them at all or didn’t have great relationships with them.     What pictures come to mind when you think of playing with your siblings?

    Siblings.   Spending time together. Do you remember what you used to do with your siblings? Pam and Ellen talk about growing up together and time spent with their brother Craig. I grew up with two siblings – my brother Craig, who was eleven years older than I and my sister Ellen who was almost four years younger.  Because of the age differences, I have very different memories with each. With Ellen, there were countless hours of playing house.  Part of our playroom was adorned with baby beds, changing tables and tons of baby clothes.  We had outside baby carriages too – large real baby prams that held many dolls each…
