When a vacation ends, are you happy to go home or sad it is ending?
People are usually heading out on vacations with huge smiles on their faces and a pep in their step. But what about coming home? Are you looking forward to home? Or sad to leave? I am actually writing this blog post on the plane on the way home from a two-week vacation in Florida and I can say that I am feeling somewhat bittersweet. How would you compare the feeling of a big train station to a big airport?
There are airport terminals and train stations all over this country. Which have you been in and how would you compare the feeling of a large airport versus a train station. I do not really remember the train station in Philly as a kid but there are three others I can speak about as an adult; South Station in Boston, Grand Central in NYC and Union station in DC. As far as airports – I’ve been in Boston/Logan, Chicago/O’Hare , DC/Dulles, Atlanta and Houston/George Bush.
